Emily Paige CO. offers free shipping on all US orders! Emily Paige CO. is a small business based out of Ohio. 

Please note that with the holidays coming up I cannot guarantee that you will receive your package by Christmas. Once USPS/ UPS picks up my packages unfortunately I have no control over shipping. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me via email! :)

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days. A reminder that business days are M-F from 9-5pm. For more information click HERE 

Can I cancel my order?

 Cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? 

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives.

I waited 7 business days and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If your order doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, I am unable to resend your order. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to COVID-19 I will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. For more information click HERE

Yes! 

Is your glassware dishwasher safe? 

Hand washing is recommended! Every glassware order includes are care card that further explains on how to properly care for your glasses! 

What is the deal- buy 3 get 1 free on all glassware?

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

Please email me the new address you would like your package to be delivered to! 

I received damaged items, what do I do?

If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item. Photos of the damaged item(s) are required!
