When will my order be shipped? All orders will be shipped within 14-20 business days. A reminder that business days are M-F from 9-5pm. For more information click HERE 

When will my preorder be shipped? Preorders ship in 4-6 weeks! Please be patient I know you're excited :) 

If my order included a pre order item when will it be shipped? Everything in your order will ship all at once. This means it will ship in the preorder time frame! 

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives.

I waited 7 business days and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do? If it doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, I am unable to resend your order. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to COVID-19 I will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. For more information click HERE

Is your glassware dishwasher safe? Hand washing is recommended! Every glassware order includes are care card that further explains on how to properly care for your glasses! 

What is the deal- buy 3 get 1 free on all glassware? You must add four glasses (any design) to your cart & it will automatically take off that fourth glass at checkout!

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do? Please email me the new address you would like your package to be delivered to! 

I received damaged items, what do I do? Please send me photos of the broken item(s). Photos are required in order to receive a refund or a replacement!
