When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 10 business days. A reminder that business days are M-F from 9-5pm. For more information click HERE 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed. 

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? 

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives.

I waited 7 business days and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If your order doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

Please email us the new address you would like your package to be delivered to as soon as possible! 

I received damaged items, what do I do?

If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item. Photos of the damaged item(s) are required!
