Ghost Dog Embroidered Crewneck

I reached out multiple times trying to get a timeline on when it would get to me. It took over a month to get it and when I commented on their social media my comments got deleted. Worst customer service ever.

It took 2 months almost 3 to arrive even though it says on the website the processing time is 2-3 weeks. I tried reaching out multiple times and didn’t get any responses back until finally one day I got an email my tracking number was sent to me. The sweater is poor quality and not very flattering but the embroidery is cute. I wouldn’t order again though.

It took 2 months for my order to ship when it originally told me 3 weeks processing time. I never actually received my order despite receiving an email that it had arrived. I reached out via the website and via email about my order to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong with how I ordered it or my payment method and I never got a response back.

The embroidery is cute but that’s the end of the good for me. I waited 5 weeks for this to ship, with no communication from the seller until I emailed 3(!) times, and when I did finally receive the sweatshirt it came with 10+ holes in it! I reached out to the seller againand provided pictures of the holes, with no response. At this point I just feel scammed out of my $50+.

Took over a month to ship. Radio silence from the seller on every platform
